By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. All new customers must submit licensing documents and a credit application. APD may approve an initial credit line of up to $3,000 for qualified Buyers. Payment terms must be followed to maintain account status.
Accepted payment methods: Check, E-check/ACH, Wire, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. A $35 fee applies for returned checks, and improper chargebacks incur a $50 fee plus any related costs.
Orders are subject to availability and may change without notice. Manufacturer changes to product specifications may occur, and approval may be required before fulfillment. Orders must be canceled by phone before 4 PM EST (M-F).
Orders ship via UPS at APD’s discretion. Expedited shipping may incur additional fees. Buyers must inspect shipments and report discrepancies, damage, or shortages within 5 business days of receipt. APD is not responsible for carrier delays.
Returns must be requested within 2 business days and require prior authorization. Items must be returned in original condition and from the same lot number as shipped. Returns are accepted for order errors, incorrect items, shipping mistakes, or discrepancies. Short-dated and refrigerated products are non-returnable.Returns after 10 business days will not be accepted. Returns within 10 business days are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
Prices may change due to vendor fluctuations. Invoices are due as per agreed terms. Unpaid invoices beyond 30 days will result in all outstanding amounts becoming due immediately. If third-party collection is required, Buyers agree to cover all costs, including legal fees.
APD provides no express or implied warranties. Buyers should consult manufacturers for product concerns. Buyers must maintain all necessary licenses and certifications, which APD may request at any time.
All disputes will be handled in Oakland Country Superior Court, Michigan. APD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Buyer must maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and certifications required to purchase and handle pharmaceutical products. APD reserves the right to request updated licensing documents at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to provide valid documentation.
